Mindful Octopus classes are designed for kids, ages 3-8. Classes are organized by age group. Currently, we are flexible with the age groups, as we develop the availability of the program.

AGE GROUPS

3-5 years old
6-8 years old

please note: 

• Class size is limited to 12 kids, in order to provide every kid with individual attention.
• Parent participation is not recommended. 
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first class.

Family Membership Program
Purchase a discounted package of classes, that never expire, and can be redeemed for all family members.

FAMILY TIME

A special class for the whole family to experience the fun of storytelling, yoga, and art.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Created especially for play dates and birthdays, Mindful Octopus parties are unique, fun, and memorable.
*price depends on the number of kids, location, and party planning services.

IN THE CLASS ROOM

Weekly enrichment classes or a one time special event, we bring the Mindful Octopus program to your students, teachers, and school.
