Mindful Octopus is a pioneering, storytelling mindfulness program for kids. We plant the seeds of health, imagination, and mindfulness, through a modern practice of story, yoga, and art, while most importantly, having fun!

Inspired by the traditional art of storytelling, the ancient science of yoga and the psychology of mindfulness, Mindful Octopus is a educational curriculum, comprised of over 70 lesson plans, to include folktales, yoga poses, breath work, meditations, mindfulness education and exercises, and art projects. The Mindful Octopus lesson plans are creatively designed to teach children, ages 2-10 years old, valuable lessons and exercises, in a unique and enriching learning environment. We are committed to providing teachers, educators, parents, and care givers with a high quality curriculum, educational training, and on-going, community support.
